Changing Appointments
Rescheduling of an appointment is acceptable up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Each client receives one free rescheduling if rescheduled prior to the 24 hour window. To reschedule your session, please send an email to michelle@michellemcarter.com.
If not rescheduled before the 24 hour cutoff, the complimentary rescheduling and payment will be forfeited. I understand that there are emergencies, and therefore I will consider working with you in the event that one does occur. Please contact me via email providing me with a phone number, and we will discuss.
Cancelling Appointments
No refunds will be granted for cancelled appointments. You do have the option for one free rescheduling if done prior to the 24 hour window.
